Constructor University – previously known as Jacobs University, is a private, English-speaking campus university in Germany with the highest standards in research and teaching following an interdisciplinary concept. With the aim of strengthening people and markets with innovative solutions and advanced training programs. At Master’s level – students at Constructor University are trained to investigate and analyze issues from multiple perspectives and without clear-cut disciplinary boundaries.

Furthermore, Constructor University are committed to making education accessible for students worldwide. That’s why they offer personalized financing options to help cover tuition fees. From these options include an academic achievement scholarship based on their school grade point average (GPA). This can be up to €10,000 per year.

Eligibility:

  • Required Language: English.
  • Eligible Countries: All world countries
  • Citizens of all nationalities are eligible.
  • Bachelor’s degree certificate or equivalent (may be handed in later)
  • CV describes your academic and professional information, extracurricular and voluntary activities
  • Bachelor’s transcript in English or German.
  • English language proficiency test with a minimum score of 90 (TOEFL), 6.5 (IELTS), or 110 (Duolingo).
  • Two recommendation letters.

Application process

To be considered for the Constructor University graduate scholarships, applicants must create an account to apply for a master’s program and submit all the required documents in the application form. No need for a separate application for the scholarship.

Required documents

  • Bachelor’s degree certificate or equivalent (may be handed in later)
  • Bachelor’s transcript in English or German.
  • CV that describes academic and professional information
  • Two recommendation letters.
  • English language proficiency test.
  • An English summary (1,000 words) of their bachelor’s or master’s thesis.
  • An English essay explaining why they are choosing this program and what their research interests are (letter of motivation).
