The DELT-Her (Developing Engineering Leaders Through Her ) Initiative is a Nigerian national programme launched by NASENI and PICTT to support female engineers with innovative ideas by providing them with the necessary funding, mentorship, startups support, training, and networking opportunities. The initiative targets young females aged 23 to 45 years who have developed a proposal on innovative ideas in engineering and have set up a team for the implementation of the ideas.
