When applying for the courses at King’s, it is important you consider the financing of your tuition fees and living expenses for the duration of your course. So This is annual scholarship offered by the university itself to help applicants for Global Health & Social Justice MSc course.

The postgraduate courses at King’s college london foster thinking across disciplines and national boundaries because we combine insights from the natural and medical sciences, social sciences and philosophy. This enables you to understand possible solutions to today’s global challenges in order to create a healthy future.

Funding

Twelve awards of £2,000 are available for King’s graduates for September 2023 entry onto one of our relevant master’s courses.

2. Development Studies MA

3. Global Health, Social Justice and Public Policy MSc

4. Risk Analysis, Disasters & Resilience MSc

Eligibility

  • Must be a King’s student in final year of the listed undergraduate courses in the School of Global Affairs.

Top candidates are identified based on previous academic performance, relevant experience (where appropriate) and the personal statement.

Application process

There is no separate application procedure for the bursary. If you have submitted a complete application by midnight (UK time) on 31 March in the given year, you will automatically be considered for the bursary. If there is a high volume of candidates, applicants may be invited to complete an additional supporting statement to the School.

A fully completed application includes a complete online application form and all supporting documents. This includes personal statements, Record of Agreed Results to date, references and IELTS certificates where appropriate. All materials must have been submitted via the postgraduate admissions portal by the due time and date.The relevant panel will decide the top candidate and award the bursaries. The successful candidates will be notified by early September at the latest, to include all results for the given year.
