At up to 30% off tuition fees, LIFE scholarship supports Lebanese students with high academic records with the aim to attract the most talented students through it’s strong partnerships with thoughtfully selected universities both in Lebanon and abroad.
About Life scholarship
The Legislative Incentive for Future Excellence (LIFE) is a merit based scholarship for Lebanese students to help them complete their studies in Lebanon or even abroad. Their aim to support students in achieving their career aspirations by leveraging on LIFE’s global membership ranks by combining an initial grant for university tuition with active mentoring and assistance in securing internships and permanent positions.
Scholarship benefit
The LIFE Scholarship award covers up to 30% of tuition fees for students studying in Lebanon and up to $12,000 for students studying abroad.
Application details
Eligiblity
- Be Lebanese or of Lebanese descent.
- Pursuing a degree in the fields of Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Corporate Law, or Mathematics.
- Have and maintain an excellent academic record (at or above 80th percentile).
- Have drive and ambition to be the next leader in your field.
- Demonstrable financial need.

How to apply
Application are done online via the website.
Things to take note of:
- Only submitted applications will be considered.
- Applications that have missing information and/or missing documents will not be considered.
- You can save and edit your application later but once you submit, you will not be able to go back to it to edit any fields or attach any documents.
- Decisions on next steps and whether you will be invited for an interview will be communicated to you by email.
- Do not wait until the deadline to submit your application.
Selection process
After an initial shortlisting, the select few candidates will go through the following in order to select the final winner:
- An initial screening interview.
- Submission of a motivation letter explaining career aspirations and future goals.
- Further interview with a LIFE committee member.
