Alex Otti Foundation

Alex Otti Foundation recognizes the critical problem facing many families in Nigeria – quality education. Many families deal with financial challenges that make it difficult for students to pursue higher education, especially in the absence of adequate social support systems. Although targeted support programs for undergraduates exist, significant gaps in financial assistance persist, leaving many deserving students without comprehensive support. So this yearly scholarship invites outstanding students who are ancestrally from—or currently residing in—Abia State, helping them pursue their educational goals. The scholarship is awarded based on strong personal academic background, leadership potential, and a demonstrated desire to use the acquired knowledge to contribute to societal development.

One of the Alex Otti Foundation’s aim is to make life easier for the indigent Abian by sponsoring his or her children’s education, treating him for minor health issues, helping his trade or craft or farm with grants, and helping to lift the burden of lack in his/her life in every way possible. To deploy our resources in identifying those in most need of our intervention and reaching out to help them, no matter where in the state they reside, without undermining their dignity and humanity.
