At the University of Prince Mugrin, supporting and committing to to students’ education is of outmost importance so students are to be automatically eligible for at least a 30% scholarship so long as they’ll be able to maintain a good academic standard. UPM is a private private university located in Madinah, Saudi Arabia established in 2017. The university is named after Prince Mugrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who was a member of the Saudi royal family and a former intelligence chief. - The scholarships are calculated based on the student’s weighted average as follows:
- 40% from the Achievement Test (Tahsili)
- 30% from the Aptitude Test (Qudurat)
- 30% from the High School GPA
- The excellence scholarships all require applicants to have a weighted average percentage higher than 90%:
- Excellence scholarship – 97% or higher while maintaining a 3.5 out of 4 CGPA.
- Excellence A – 94% or higher while maintaining a 3.0 out of 4 CGPA.
- Excellnce B – 90% or higher while maintaining a 3.0 out of 4 CGPA.
- A discount rate of 30% for courses under the International Hospitality Management program for the following scholarships is provided:

- The applicant must have a weighted average percentage of 80% or higher, or a general high school grade of 90% or above.

- This scholarship is for students who didn’t qualify for previous scholarships
- Maintain a cumulative average of no less than 2 out of 4.

- Sibling discount
- This discount is for enrolled students with siblings currently studying at the university.

- Scholarship Percentage: An additional 5% is added to the scholarship regardless of the number of siblings, provided that the total scholarship percentage does not exceed 60%.
- Corporate scholarship
- The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.Â
- Must hold a General Secondary Certificate or its equivalent from within or outside the Kingdom (recent graduate). Â
- The applicant must achieve a score of no less than (6.0) on the IELTS test or achieve the required score on the university’s English placement test. Â
- Fulfillment of the specific requirements for admission to the Hospitality Management program. Â
- The applicant must score no less than 80 on the Aptitude Test.Â
- The applicant must score no less than 80 on the Achievement Test.
- Must have good conduct and behavior.Â
- Must not have been dismissed due to disciplinary action from another university.Â
- Must successfully pass any test or personal interview approved by the committee.Â
- Must meet any other criteria specified by the committee for selecting applicants.Â
- Signing commitments to work with the Faqeeh Group after graduation.Â

- This scholarship is specifically for children of martyrs of duty in all sectors. This is one of our most valued scholarship programs, recognizing sacrifices made for the nation.
