The Islamic Development Bank – IsDB internship program offers university students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain practical work experience in an international development institution. The program provides exposure to professional environments, supports the development of technical and interpersonal skills, and allows participants to contribute to projects aligned with IsDB’s development goals. Interns will work within IsDB’s various operational areas, gaining exposure that complements their academic studies. Openings are currently available in Abuja, Jeddah, and Kampala.

Eligibility
Eligibility conditions:
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree within the past 12 months
- Relevant fields:
- Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
- Project Management
- IT
- Business Administration
- Agriculture
- Health
- Communication, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English; a second working language of the Bank is an advantage
