The Peak Milk global traineeship is a 3 year graduate development program designed to prepare young professionals for future leadership roles within the company. Participants will complete two 18 months assignments in their home country, gaining hands-on experience while working on real business priorities and developing their business, technical, and leadership skills. The program also includes an extensive virtual learning journey with trainees from around the world, a global trainee community, and so much more.

Eligibility
Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant discipline
- No prior work experience required designed for fresh graduates
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to relocate for part of the program
