The NCDMB Oil and Gas training program is designed to equip young Nigerian graduates with industry-relevant skills, internship opportunities, and a pathway to career growth in the oil and gas sector. The training focuses on developing technical competence through hands-on experience, classroom learning, and industry exposure in high-demand skill areas within the oil and gas industry.
The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB)
The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) is a Federal Government agency established under the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act of 2010. Its mandate is to promote indigenous participation in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry by developing local capacity and ensuring Nigerians are equipped with the skills needed to take up key roles in the sector.

Eligibility
To be considered for the program, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Be below 30 years old
- Hold an HND, BSc, or BEng in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related disciplines
- Have completed academic records on the application portal
- Relevant fields include engineering, computer science, and other science-related disciplines.
