About Google Hustle Academy

Hustle Academy launched in 2022 to give African small businesses bootcamp-style training in business strategy, digital skills, and leadership, and has since trained thousands of SMEs across the continent. The 2026 version broadens its reach beyond business owners to include students, employees, and jobseekers looking to use AI to advance their careers, and is currently live in South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria.

Program structure

1. 60-minute expert webinars covering topics like digital marketing, sales funnels
2. Practical AI- a 1-day bootcamp (3–5 hours) for selected participants, with hands-on modules, live Q&A, and group activities

3. No strict academic requirements or language test (e.g. IELTS) needed
